ooohhh! bile lah nk abis bulan yg ketiga ni? people told me that when you are entering your 4th month .. all the morning sickness will fade away. is it? but i also heard some of them punye morning sickness will last until the 9th month. mak aih! boleh lembik macamni.
my friend called me later this afternoon asking about my pregnancy. well .. everything seems to be ok except for the nausea feeling and the tak-larat-ness sindrom. and she told me she's on her holiday cos bru jugak discharge from warded. muntah2 until kene warded. ooh! scary tuhhh .. die ade selere makan but macam biase lah .. muntah right after makan. meanwhile .. i dont really have the urge to eat. nasi? ohh no! serious i dont do nasi for now. dalam kepale memang asik fikir nugget .. cheezy wedges .. and oh! another big time favvie is .. SUGUS! yang grape punye. ;) sebab lidah rase tak tentu arah .. i will chew sugus .. tp after sugus tu abis je .. datang balik rase tak tentu arah tu. sobbb. ;(
during this school holiday .. i will normally stay with my husband .. but in my condition now .. how am i suppose to stay there? dah la bau badan pon x boleh tahan. his perfume, his hair gel .. and i cant stand almost everything. ;( lagi satu kepantangan adelah bau goreng2. oooh. memang time ni every pregnant woman macam mengade2 .. itu x boleh .. ini x boleh .. but please try to understand. bukan saje2 nak mcm ni kan? huhu.
next week i have an appointment with my gynae. and this time around i will decide where to start my 'kad merah'. mane yang elok eh? klinik kesihatan? or kat klinik private? some says klinik kerajaan cos .. ye lah .. it saves money kan? tapi .. diorg selalu tak check betol2 .. and they take things easily .. and another thing is .. bile kite pergi awal for check up .. mesti lambat jugak masuknye. u pregnant woman buat kad merah dekat mane? klinik kesihatan or private?

aku buat kat klinik kesihatan n selama 9 bulan sgt ok.kdg2 siap dlm stgh jam jer amik bp,gula n cek baby.bila msk 5 bulan dgr heartbeat n ader temujanji ngan pakar everytime gula aku naik 7 jer pon.lom sampai thp kencing manis pon.n bila ader appointment ngan doc jer...ibu mengandung akan ader kaunter sendiri n xpenah pon kena tunggu sampai stgh jam.paling lewat pon 10-15min jer.one time aku pg sbb nak mintak mc tuk xlarat..doc bg n bila tgk kaki bengkak, aku kata mcm xrasa baby gerak...terus warded sbb nak pantau.sgt teliti mereka jaga d hospital.for me la kan...sama je dimana2.ader my collegue pg cek kat swasta every mont ikut kesesuaian dier cndr n kdg2 doc x cek pon bp bagai.cek perut jer.klinik ader bg tarikh n if u xdtg, dier call.aku naik 2 kilo sbln terus kena dtg tiap2 minggu sbb nak kawal n pantau weight so dat xder tanda2 tekanan darah tinggi.n masa minggu last,bila ada...pon kena dtg every day cek darah even on sunday.ader aja senaman antenatal bagai.
haaa. ok plak aku dgr cite ko. aku dgr akak aku ckp kt sini cm lmbat la utk check up. pegi awl x semestinye dpt msuk awal. tu aku x mo tu. huhu.
hi dear..u pnye symptom morning sickness semua same dgn i..mmg bau goreng tu xleh di nafikan,bile hubby goreng hot dog kat bwh,sanggup lari naik atas,tutup pintu bilik...hehe~anyway,ms preggy mmg ske cheesy wedges..my friend also did mention that..nape ek?baby mmg ske cheesy wedges kot kan..hehe~
psl buku merah,salunye orng g klinik kesihatan..sbb kalau ader emergency pape,private pn akan refer hospital kerajaan..take care dear~

klinik kesihatan (KK) rasanya check details..mostly moomies yg pergi KK akan "free" aje dpt "bebelan" dr nurse...berat naik sikit/bnyk, berat xnaik2, bp rendah...and so on.,they just soo concern...
bab waiting tu rasanya depends on tempat-like myself kat puchong serius ramai..amik no. pukul 7.30 siap plg awal dlm 10am, plg lewat around 11am. klu rawang xsilap xramai..so cepat la
ape2 pun before ke KK pls call..tnya diorg accept pregnant brapa minggu blh start? and kawasan yg diorg cover(in case ur nearby place ada lebih dr 1 KK)
KK kat pilah ni so far servis okey.. cuma yang tak boleh blah tu nak menunggu la.. tapi oke la tu, jimat duit.. plus mmg KK buat check up yang detail.. ade sikit slack mmg la doe bsg. contoh macam kencing kotor ke ape ke.. tp ape pun, itu kan for sake of the baby.. kalo kat pilah ni, nurse sgt ramah.. owps.. ade la bberapa yang tak berapa mesra.. hehe..
ape pun, depends la kat individu...
