I only heard of colic but I never had any interest to find out what colic means. Too bad I wasn't mentally prepared for this. :(
Last few days, Naazhim started to get cranky every time masuk waktu senja. I was worried enough seeing him crying macam kene dera and buat semua bende pon salah. Dukung nangis, letak nangis, semua nangis la. Bila dah nangis lama2 perut mula la kembung. :( at first I thought ti was gangguan halus ke ape kan. Ye lah everytime masuk pukul tujuh he started to cry and it lasted until 11.30 and worse until 12.30 pon ade. Bukan lah menangis all the time. Ade la gapnye. But seriously it drives me crazy. Nak join die menangis pon ade. :( my dad siap bawak pegi jumpe someone to tawar kan air and he even suggested we give Naazhim a nickname. Means jangan panggil naazhim la. Maybe the name does not suit him.
So I texted my babe dayah and asked her about Amir and she told me about colic. I browsed the internet and started searchin for some infos. Rupe2nye all the colic symptoms ade dekat Naazhim. Colicky babies will start to cry early evening and lasts for about 3 to 4 hours. The face will change to flush red. Badan akan start mengeras time menangis and 25% of babies have colic. And it is believed that if one of the parents was a colicky baby, then their baby is highly at risk of having colic. Too bad. My mom said I used to cry A LOT when I was a newborn and you guess it right .. I cried from senja until 12. :(
But why Naazhim?? All of my good traits u follow this one??? Mommy felt so tensed when you cried you lungs out. :(
So I tried to find the cure for colic. And most of them said there are no cure for colic cos every baby is different. Mungkin baby ni sesuai dengan cara ni and mungkin some babies are not. Well this is what I remembered from the article (I couldn't paste the add cos I'm using my phone to update) U can swaddle the baby and start to move around. And when you hold the baby start to SHHH just to soothe them. Avoid eating food that can contribute to wind. Don't overfeed the baby and last thing that I failed is .. Burp the babies after you feed them.
Colic can also last for 4 to 5 months. Waaaa! Lamenye! Cmane nak bawak pegi jalan2 ni? Any of you yang ade petua for colic baby? Share please.

lepas mandi,jgn lupa tuam baby k..pastu sapu minyak telon@aper2 minyak kat perut n tapak kaki dia..org kata minyak amway sgt bagus..try la tuk baby..mana tau dia ok kan :-)
hello new mom!my baby pon colic smpai 3mths.but i used to give her colic drop yg my doc bagi..once or twice a day.mkn x sampai sebulan tiba2 dia dh ok.alhamdulillah.tp dia mmg jenis susah tido so after confinement terpaksa pakai buai.kalau x mmg xde sapa sanggup jaga.skrg kalau nk bwk kluar mmg kene tunggu dia bgn tdo then she'll b all happy.saba je byk2 k.i dulu mula2 pon org kata nama berat la..xckup susu la..panas la gangguan la n whatnot.sbnrnye its colic!
